We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Physics Teacher

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Deliver comprehensive and well-structured Physics lessons to students in line with the national curriculum.
• Curriculum Development: Plan and develop engaging curriculum materials that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and support student development through constructive feedback and differentiated instruction.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behavior effectively to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Science Department and across the school to develop interdisciplinary approaches and share best practices.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices in Physics education.
• Extracurricular Activities: Participate in and support extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, competitions, and school events, to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physics or a related field. A Master's Degree or higher qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level is preferred.
• Skills: Strong subject knowledge in Physics, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students.
