Job Title: Document Control Analyst

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will manage and analyze document related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within our organization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows and enhance data management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data quality assurance procedures to maintain accurate document records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and document specifications.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize document control metrics and trends.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to users to document management systems and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document control efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in document control or information management.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, etc.).
  • Strong familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, etc.)
