Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc. We are a well-established FMCG company with a portfolio of iconic brands, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers across the globe. Our factory is a state-of-the-art facility that produces a wide range of consumer goods.

Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee our factory operations, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of production staff, supervisors, and engineers
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Assurance
• Develop and manage budgets, cost control initiatives, and capital expenditure projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory management role, preferably in FMCG
• Proven track record of success in managing teams, achieving targets, and driving improvement initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing, and food safety regulations
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
