Job Title: QHSE Officer

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled individuals with excellent management skills and industry knowledge to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
• The QHSE Officer will develops, improves and implements policies and procedures for monitoring all QSHE related aspects of the company’s operations and ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance tofederal and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location.
• Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement.
• Ensure that all Company EHS policies and practices are proactively implemented and supported.
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs
• Carry out daily safety checks, notify immediately risk hazardous, give recommend and correct it.
• Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs and obtain periodic ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in any related field
• 4 years relevant work experience with QMS Lead Auditor Certified.
• Industry Standard Certification in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Software.
