Job Description

Responsibilities
- Scout for direct properties to list on our platform
- Promote and sell properties, including land, rentals, and shortlets
- Utilize social media to market, source, and research properties
- Onboard agents and developers
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Market properties through the NimbleCasa platform and other channels
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales contracts
- Stay current with real estate market trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales and/or marketing
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
