We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer (Actimize)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Leverage 10+ years of experience in application support to provide exceptional technical support to end-users throughout the Actimize implementation lifecycle (pre-go-live, go-live, post-go-live).
  • Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to gain thorough understanding of Actimize functionalities and configurations specific to the client's implementation.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from development to user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation for 
  • Actimize, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and quick reference materials.
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving  inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex  problems to the development team.
  • Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for system  improvement and configuration optimization.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to train new support  staff on Actimize functionalities and support procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and  proactively address them to minimize disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Actimize releases, updates, and  best practices to ensure efficient support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information  Technology (IT), or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in application support with a  demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex  technical issues.
  • Experience supporting financial services applications or risk  management solutions is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Actimize functionalities or a similar  financial crime risk management platform is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong  focus on customer satisfactions.
