Method of Application
- All candidates must first go to the School portal at: www.fpno.edu.ng and click on "Application link" on the home page under the student (ND).
- Fill their Bio - data in the form and generate a "Payee Identification" and print or copy out the code. You can do this on your mobile phone.
- Proceed to any of the designated banks below to make a payment of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000) only using your payee ID. You can also choose to make your payment option using your verve, visa or Master Card. If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the details for the payment to be processed immediately.
- Approved banks nationwide where payment can be made are:
- United Bank for Africa
- Fidelity Bank Plc.
- Diamond Bank Plc.
- Micro Finance Bank, Federal Polytechnic, Nekede
- Return to school Portal: www.fpno.edu.ng to complete your application process, submit your data as requested and print out your confirmation receipt. If you process your payment using your cards, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and confirmation slip.
Note: Applicants can start and complete this process anywhere in the country. Avoid traveling to Owerri to fill the form.
