Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally
- Manage visitor logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare meeting rooms with the necessary materials
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and order new ones as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
