Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies to foster community growth and engagement across various platforms social media, forums, events, etc.
• Engage with community members, respond to queries, and facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Identify and nurture community champions and influencers.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our community.
• Plan and execute community events, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
• Manage community content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Track, analyze, and report on community growth metrics and engagement rates.
• Use data-driven insights to refine community strategies and improve engagement.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting community growth trends and insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align community growth strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay community feedback and insights.
• Partner with customer support teams to ensure community queries are addressed promptly.
• Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to expand the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
