Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description
- Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
- Assist in coordinating the activities of the Human Resources and Administrative Departments, ensuring proper allocation of responsibilities.
- Contribute to the formation of the Business Strategy and ensure that all HR policies, procedures, systems, and support are established and adhered to
- Assist in the development and management all aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to, career management, employee relations, performance management including succession planning, compensation & benefits administration, payroll administration, and other related duties as required and assigned.
- Provide critical support to executive management in human resource and change management activities.
- Client managements and engagements.
- Select and implement suitable HR technology.
- Communicate and assist in disseminating the corporate culture and values.
- Provide periodic reports to aid executive management in decision making.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Actively participate in operational HR planning, including assisting in consultation processes with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. A master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist
- Must have a background as a HR consultant.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Advanced people analytics knowledge
- Ability to create and implement business plans.
- Excellent communication skills high-profile clientele.
- A keen eye for details and a passion for delivering exceptional clientele services.
