Job Title: Content and Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, tailored to each social media platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes, campaigns, and calendar schedules. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to bring fresh and innovative ideas. 3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Track and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture a community around the brand, fostering strong relationships with followers and influencers.
- Organize and participate in events to build brand awareness and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator. - Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and social media management.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
