Job Title: Assistant Logistician FCT, Abuja
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Following the direction of the Capital Logistician, the Assistant Logistician will be responsible for obtaining quotations on behalf of the procurement officer, Conducting small purchases;
- Ensuring correct filing and archiving of procurement Dossiers;
- Updating the monthly inventory, writing reports if the need arises and notify the Capital Logistician if supplies have reached the minimum stock that has been determined.
Summary of Key Objectives
- Provide Administrative Support to Procurement Officer.
- Stock management.
- Supervise deliveries and dispatches to and from Abuja.
- Reporting
Qualifications
- High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Min 2 years’ experience in office administrative work
- Some experience in Logistics and stock control
- Good capacity to work in a team
- Knowledge of English
- Good Computer Skill, MS Word, MS Excel
Preferred:
- Experience in working for NGO.
