We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: User Acquisition Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet company targets.
• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Lead Generation:

• Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads.
• Optimize lead generation processes to improve conversion rates and overall efficiency.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and platforms to enhance customer acquisition efforts.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a positive and seamless experience for new customers from initial contact through onboarding.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the acquisition process.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on customer acquisition activities and results for senior management.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or sales roles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary
