Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Responsible for developing new import clients in both Air and Ocean/Sea Freight. Air Import and Export should attain the revenue goals for a set period.
- Offers customers innovative solutions that address the unique demands of the freight industry.
- Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP's).
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer instructions.
- Follow up on all sales leads and pricing analysis.
- Prepare and execute sales presentations and sales meetings.
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign sales deals and contracts.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- A minimum of 4 years of related work or industry-related experience.
- Strong experience in freight forwarding in a logistics industry B2B Sales.
- Existing customer base and an established network of contacts.
- Ability to effectively plan and organize appointments and meet reporting deadlines.
- Must have excellent networking skills.
- Participation in industry-related events.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven record of sales success.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
