Job Description

  • The Bridal Fashion House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bridal fashion house, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bridal fashion house, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising bridal collections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourages, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bridal vendors, designers, and industry professionals.
  • Train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and motivated.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Manager in the bridal fashion industry or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, and designs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
