Job Title: Head Project Management Officer 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Head of PMO oversees the project management process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls and is responsible forimproving project management practices, and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team development.

Responsibilities

• Establish the PMO role and create a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
• Seek implementation efficiencies to meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation.
• Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies and metrics.
• Monitor compliance with project policies and standards.

Requirements

• MSC in any of the Construction Professions; Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Membership and certification in professional bodies is an advantage
• A minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience is preferred.
• PMP / Project Management Degree or certification is desirable.
• Experience of project management using AGILE , PMP, PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large-sized projects

Salary
N900,000 per month
