Responsibilities
Procurement Management:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure advantageous terms.
• Monitor procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in cocoa procurement sector.
• Bachelor's degree in management, or a related field business.
• Proven experience in procurement roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must know the quality analysis of cocoa beans.
