Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled BOPP manufacturing machinery operator to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of biaxially oriented polypropylene films.
• Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of the machinery while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor BOPP manufacturing machinery according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates efficiently and minimizes downtime.
• Monitor machine parameters and adjust controls to maintain optimal production conditions.
• Conduct quality checks on the materials produced to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production and maintenance activities as required.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of BOPP manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a machinery operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in BOPP or similar plastic film production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to machinery operation.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
