Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Manager to oversee and maintain all company equipment and tools.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment inventory, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting operations to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of all equipment and tools.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor equipment usage and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Train staff on the proper use and care of equipment.
  • Maintain records of equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in the procurement of new equipment as needed.
  • Oversee the storage and proper handling of all equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Equipment Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance procedures and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
