Job Description

• Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Electrical Technician to effectively manage all electrical issues and Maintenance of all machines to give effective output while eliminating downtime in machines.

Job Responsibilities

• Capable of repairing drive and parameters settings
• Capable of making control circuit of various drive functions
• Having knowledge of VFFS and HFFS packaging machines
• Can perform packing machine changeovers
• Knowledge of VFFS and HFFS packaging machines
• Preventive and preventive maintenance of machine electrical side
• Reactive maintenance of electrical side
• Planned and Unplanned maintenance of machine electrical side
• Total productive maintenance of machine electrical side
• Coordinate the maintenance (electrical & electronics) activities in the factory.
• Ensure optimal allocation and full utilization of resources available to reduce down time and keep the factory running.
• Good knowledge of electrical motors, sensors, drives, plcs, instrumentation etc.
• Ensure that installed machinery and fitting are constantly maintained and repaired for operational capacity utilization.
• Ensure that operating procedures are followed such that will ensure the safety and security of machinery and workers in the factory.
• Performs such other related functions as may be designed by the maintenance engineer or head.

Requirements

• HND, Trade Test, ND, NABTEC. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering for a reputable organization.
• Area of work: Mixer machine, Filler machine, Packaging machine and boiler.
• Minimum of Three (3) Years experience from a food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical system.
• Proactive and working without supervision.
• Highly observant and analytical.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient with hand tools.
