Requirements
- Must have experience in Real Estate sales as well as evidence to show.
Experience:
- Significant experience in real estate sales, including roles in property management, real estate development, or investment.
- Proven track record of managing real estate property sales.
Skills:
Strategic Planning:
- Ability to develop and implement long-term real estate strategies aligned with the company’s goals to meet sales target
- Experience in market analysis, site selection, and portfolio optimization.
Negotiation Skills:
- Expertise in negotiating leases, contracts, and property transactions.
- Ability to secure favorable terms and conditions in real estate deals.
Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Experience in leading and managing a team of real estate professionals, including property managers, leasing agents, and analysts.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and develop team
