Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikota-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • This role is the first point of contact for our company, and you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

  • Professionally answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to appropriate staff members.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and handle inquiries.
  • Secure visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and maintain office calendars and schedules, including scheduling appointments for staff.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence (faxes, emails, etc.)
  • Draft documents and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports (if applicable).
  • Manage office supplies and order new ones as needed.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (or related field).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
