Responsibilitis
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the maintenance support team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with truck head maintenance to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct training programs for maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and other departments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 8+ years' experience.
