We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Inspection of all materials coming into the store to ensure items are of right quality, quantities and specification,
  • Ensure all materials requests are approved by the appropriate authority before issuance to employees/user department and other sister companies.
  • Ensure there are no obsolete stock or expire stock in the store at every point in time.
  • Ensure all unused materials are reported timely to the line Manager and account for proper documentation on the ERP.
  • Report to account on all assets in store and document movement from time to time.
  • Coordinate with internal auditor to organize monthly stock count and ensure accuracy of all inventories on the system and physical.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the store team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Handle staffing requirements, including the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure the stock is well-maintained and logged accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
  • Strong organizational and disciplined leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and store management software.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
