- Set and manage credit limits for customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Contact customers to arrange payment of overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities.
- Prepare reports on credit control activities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and finance departments to manage credit risk
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 6+ years' experience.
