Job Title: Tracking Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Fleet Tracking and Monitoring
• Supervise the real-time tracking of all company trucks using GPS and advanced tracking systems.
• Ensure accurate monitoring of routes, delivery schedules, and truck locations to maintain timely deliveries.
• Address and resolve deviations from planned routes or schedules promptly.
• Operational Management
• Lead and manage the tracking team to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance tracking accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure all tracking systems and technologies are up-to-date and fully functional. Communication and Coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact for tracking-related issues for both drivers and customers. Maintain effective communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to synchronize delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Generate detailed reports on fleet performance, delivery times, route efficiency, and tracking system effectiveness.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement actionable insights.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 8+ years' experience.
