Job Overview

• As a Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, support physicians, and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
• Your role involves assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Provide wound care and assist with minor surgical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving care when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (associate or bachelor's degree) from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in a specialized area (e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) is a plus.
