Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, and providing administrative support.
- Also the individual knows much about revenue growth in a hospital setting and is ready to deliver tangible results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an added advantage.
