Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Ajah (Island), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for strategically managing the company's talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • This role involves overseeing the sourcing, attracting, and hiring of top-tier candidates to meet the company's staffing needs and objectives.
  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Some key responsibilities are but are not limited to the following;

  • Data Integrity and Quality Assurance
  • Data Reporting and Analysis
  • Compliance and Data Security
  • Process Improvement
  • Provide training and support to HR Staff on data management best practices, system usage, and data security support.
  • Oversee and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top-tier candidates and meet the recruitment target.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

Education and Work Experience

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience of at least 3-4 years in a HR managerial role within the real
  • estate industry or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
