Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at The Startup Place Ltd.
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Relevant certifications/licenses (e.g., RICS, ACIQS) are a plus.
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge
- Cost Reporting skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
