Job Title: After Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Handling Enquiries and educating customers on products and benefits.
- Generating a walk in traffic to, the showroom.
- Actively reducing renegin.
- Providing clients With After Sales information and tracking usage.
- Increasing customer satisfaction and promoting referral schemes.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in the automobile industry
- Demonstrating a deep mechanical and electrical understanding of Japanese.
- Korean and Americas car brands. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the processes and policies of after sales in automobile firm,
- Held Similar position in an automobile firm.
- This must be an authorized Car Dealer Experience in handling accounts of and selling to Government Parastatals, Institutions and Blue Chip Companies.
- Ability to develop and implement After sales Strategy
- Numerate, Accountable with excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
Qualification
- B.Sc in Business Management, Marketing or Operations Certification in Customer Service Certification as Service Advisor for a renown Car Manufacturer.
