Job Title: Sales Manager

Description 

• Meet the sales target given to your department by the company
• Manage and coordinate the company’s sales to drive revenue growth for the company.
• Maintain channel relationships with all distributors and retailers under your department, providing incentives and encourage an increase in patronage.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Prepare periodic itinerary (daily, weekly, quarterly etc.) for management information, and approval.
• Carry out quarterly appraisals on Sales and Business Development Executives
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer survey.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparations of all the company forms and documents that facilitate sales e.g. Quotes, Invoices etc.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budget, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone, electronic media and personal visits. All email correspondence must be copied the management for information.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order processing staff.
• Control all information given to customers from your department and ensure each customer is assigned to one Sales / Business Development Executive at a time.
• To adhere and comply by the tenets of the company’s non- compete code whilst in the company’s employ and within three years after disengagement in Lagos and Ogun States, and with any of our customers nationwide.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
