Responsibilities
- Implementing Leasing process
- Running Project operations, logistics and necessary procurement
- Managing Vehicle maintenance Calendar
- Costing and cost management
- Managing order calendar
- Managing Team of subordinates
- Handling Enquiries and educating
- customers on products and benefit
- Managing Clientele base
- Generate sales to surpass sales target
Requirements
- Held similar position in a car Leasing Company.
- Minimum of 10 years experience a operational leasing and fleet management
- Experienced in and Understanding of the operations and policies of a Car Leasing Company.
- Experience in handling accounts of and selling to Government Parastatals, Institutions end Blue Chip Companies.
- Ability to develop and implement Strategy.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Reporting Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of the automobile leasing industry is a key requirement. (Operational and Car leasing).
Qualification
- B.Sc in Business Management, Marketing or Operations.
