Job Description

• We are hiring professional Tailors for a Luxury Female brand dedicated to creating high-quality and stylish garments. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for skilled and passionate tailors to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Construct, alter, and repair women’s clothing according to specifications.
• Measure clients to ensure proper fit and tailoring of garments.
• Collaborate with designers and production staff to understand design concepts and garment construction.
• Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned sewing projects.
• Perform quality control checks on finished garments.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in women's fashion.
• Excellent sewing skills, both by hand and using industrial machines.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and design sketches.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and various fabrics.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with high-end or luxury women's fashion.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• Formal training or certification in tailoring or fashion design.
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines.
