Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Surveying and Valuation.
- Possession of ANIVS.
- Registered with ESVARBON.
- Should possess excellent Managerial and Leadership skills as well as strong vision and commitment to improving the image and activities of the profession.
- Should have excellent report writing and communication skills
- Must be Computer Literate.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years post registration experience.
Condition of Service
- The position of Registrar is not pensionable, the tenure is for 4 years renewable for another term of 4 years subject to satisfactory performance.
Remuneration
30% above Government Grade Level 16.
