• Perform a range of lash and brow services including extensions, lifts, tints, shaping, and microblading.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation.
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in lash and brow artistry.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and personalized care.
• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lash and Brow Artist with a portfolio of work.
• Certification in lash and brow treatments (e.g., extensions, microblading) is an added advantage.
• Strong artistic and technical skills in lash and brow enhancement.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
