Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other dental procedures.
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including gum disease, cavities, and other dental conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Stay current with the latest developments in dental technology and techniques.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general dentistry (preferred but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
