Praise Fowowe International  - Our client, the Centre for Sex Education and Family Life, is an NGO dedicated to promoting healthy families and well-being. They offer comprehensive programs and resources to empower families, prevent child sexual abuse, and support vulnerable individuals.

Job Title: Programs Associate

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• As a Programs Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of our vital programs. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside dedicated professionals and contribute to creating a positive impact on society.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program manager with the day-to-day operations of assigned programs (e.g.scheduling workshops, managing logistics, creating reports).
• Conduct research and compile data to support program development and evaluation.
• Contribute to the development of program materials and resources.
• Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts for program participants.
• Help maintain accurate program records and databases.
• Participate in program planning meetings and take detailed notes.
• Provide administrative support to program staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for social justice and a desire to help families and children.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
