Job Title: Debt Recovery and Reconciliation Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- This position is fully responsible for managing and optimizing the recovery and reconciliation processes for the company.
- The Officer will work to resolve discrepancies in financial records, track and monitor recovery efforts, and implement strategies to minimize financial losses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in recovery and reconciliation is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Working/Worked with a Microfinance bank will be an added advantage.
