We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Supervisor
Location: Durumi District, Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time
Duties
- Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc
Qualifications
- Qualification: minimum of OND
- Experience: 1 - 3 years
Requirements & Skills:
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and *Hausa* languages gives an edge
- Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
- Had a previous experience as a ''Human Resource person or Supervisory role''
- Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
- Open and willing to learn.
- A team player.
- Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc.
