Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of shawarma and suya spots.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage social media presence, including Instagram and WhatsApp, to engage with customers and promote the food spots.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
