Job Title: Marketing Associate, Products and Agent Relations

About the Role

• Join our team as a Marketing Associate specializing in products and agent relations.
• In this role, you'll be accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our non-inverter solar products.
• Additionally, you'll serve as a key link between our department and Sun King agents, providing essential assistance to ensure agents are motivated to drive sales and expand access to renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (BTL and ATL) to promote our products to the target audience.
• Develop, execute, and monitor various agent motivation campaigns.
• Work with the Trade Marketing personnel on creating the best-fit.
• Marketing collateral needed for agents and customers.
• Drive the Agent insurance scheme to ensure we have more subscriptions from agents.
• Gather feedback from agents to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Work with the creative team to ensure all agent and customer-facing materials are aligned with the Sun King brand guidelines.
• Assist with events geared to promote the Sun King brand and its products.

Requirements
You might be a strong candidate if you have/are:

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in the marketing field.
• Good communication and relational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Applications.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and innovatively.
