We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead, Saving Mobilization Team

Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and prospects for increased market penetration and growth in market share.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to win target markets and undertake study to identify market trends.
• Provide recommendations and market feedbacks for better service delivery, increased productivity and optimal performance
• Daily follow up of saving customers and driving the marketing activities of the saving group/DMOs.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing or deposit mobilization in a Microfinance Bank or related industry.
• Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong ethical awareness and commitment to professional standards.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
