Job Title: Female Sales Executive 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options.
  • Have a good knowledge of vehicles to better provide incites to clients and help them with decision making
  • Demonstrate and present vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and advantages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current products, features, and incentives.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including financing and leasing agreements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive/ Sales Representative, or similar role in the automobile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automobile market and various car models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
