Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients using the spa management software.
• Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years relevant work experience in the spa industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Fresha or related software.
