• Oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules, appointment bookings, and manage changes to ensure smooth operations and optimal client service.
• Prepare detailed reports on spa performance, including financial data, client feedback, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years relevant work experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
