 Job Summary

• The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services for the company.
• He will manage the procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• The role involves strategic planning, cost analysis, and ensuring that the organization gets the best value for its purchases.
• Male candidate for Gender Balance.

 Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to secure advantageous terms.
• Overseeing the procurement team and ensuring efficient procurement operations.
• Analyzing market trends and maintaining awareness of industry changes to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing inventory control systems to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Evaluating supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Generating reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings for management review.
• Residing in close proximity to the Island.
