Job Title: Chef

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 6 days, 1 day off 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing high-quality food and timely service.
• Planning the menu with the proper ingredients and an adequate budget.
• Supervising all kitchen activities.
• Organising kitchen personnel and helping when necessary.
• Drilling team to cook all the menu items.
• Discerning supplies and order to restock.
• Implementing the kitchen's security and sanitation measures.
• Developing recipes to refresh the menu.
• Being current on initiative trends.
• Accepting assessments and modifying when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field.
• Previous work experience as a chef.
• Professional certifications in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
• Must be orderly and neat.
• Portfolio of innovative dishes.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding work ethics.
