We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in our company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including hotel owners, investors, and team members
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including architecture, design, and construction
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
  • Implement process improvements and best practices
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Must reside in Abuja preferably around Utako
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
