We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Direct office visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Ensure that scheduled meetings are carried out in a smooth manner.
  • Manage the physical assortment of assets and accurately update asset records.
  • Oversee and manage sim cards and the related processes with the network providers.
  • Communicate the business and office needs.
  • Verify and manage the current inventory of office supplies and maintain accurate records to prevent inventory gaps.
  • Maintain a list of all office technicians and call them as soon as there if there is need to fix any office equipment.
  • Maintain log book for visitors and colleagues.
  • File important documents and keep them well organized.
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
